Scheduling and Routing

There are two ways to add site visits to your schedule – Manual Scheduling and Routing. Manual scheduling allows you to add visits to the schedule one by one, or to schedule all visits if there is a recurrence pattern for that Service. The focus is on one Service at a time. Routing allows you to bundle multiple Services together, and then schedule all of these visits at once. This can be used to schedule all visits (or the majority of visits) for a day at once across one route or multiple routes. The following section will cover all methods of scheduling your visits.
