Once the proper parameters have been selected, run the report using the Preview button in the menu bar (the report will open in a new tab).

Date Range

Date Options: Use any relative date options: Last Year, This Year, Last Month, This Month, Last Week, This Week to have the Start and end dates auto-filled. Use the Custom option to choose any date range.

Start/End: Click on the date pickers to set custom start and end dates. Any Jobs that start or end (are active) between the dates will be included in the results.

Grouping

There are five levels of grouping available. Each group will result in a total for the selected option. Each subsequent group will be nested within the one above it. All five levels do not need to be used, but at least one level is required.

Grouping options:

Billable Status, Cost Codes, Crew, Employee Division, Employee Province, Job Division, Job Province, Labor type, Supervisor, Work Area, Work Date

Multiple Selection

These options allow for one or more items to be selected. They filter the report to ensure that the desired information is surfaced. Selecting the ‘All’ option means all the items in that filter will be used. Individual selections can be made by clearing the ‘All’ option and choosing the specific ones as needed.

Clicking in the field will open a drop-down list that can be scrolled to find specific items. Letters can be typed to filter the list only to include matches, which can then be selected.

Cost Codes	Choose which Cost Code Type should be included in the results
Crews	Select the Crews to be included in the results
Employee Division	Filter by the Division.
Employee Province	Filter By the Province
Employees	Select the Employees to be included in the results
Job Division	Filter by the Division.
Job Province	Filter By the Province
Jobs	Select the Jobs to be included
Labor Types	Select the specific Labor Types to be included in the results.
Supervisors	The Supervisor whose Crews are to be included in the report
Timesheet Status	Choose which Statuses (In progress/Ready for Approval/Approved) to be included in the results.
Work Order Status	Choose which Statuses (Open/Closed) to be included in the results.

Employee Hours Report
