When you choose to view a proposal, you're taken to a page that shows various templates to choose from. At the end of your selection process, clicking on the View Proposal button will send it to Word. However, before doing so, you might want to adjust the content of these templates.

One thing to notice is that the templates have different names. It's beneficial to have a naming convention in place to ensure ease of use. This way, anyone using these templates would know what to expect from them. A descriptive name can be very helpful, especially when dealing with change orders, specific maintenance types, commercial contracts, or residential construction contracts.

Each template may have unique headers and footers, along with other options not visible on this screen. To view these options, click on the 'Edit' button. There's also an 'Add' button if you wish to add another option to this list.

The Headers and Footers can be selected for the Proposal from this page. However, they are set up and edited from the Settings area – this will be covered later in the guide - Headers and Footers.
