Timesheet Not Updating? Try These Fixes

If timesheets aren't showing up or updates aren't syncing in Manage360, follow these steps:


1. Check for Software Updates
  • Make sure your device’s software is up to date.

  • Go to Settings > Software Update (location may vary by device).

2. Confirm Internet Connection
  • Ensure the device is connected to a stable internet signal.

  • If work was done in a remote area with weak signal, timesheets may take longer to sync.

3. Check for Pending Transactions
  • Go to the Home page in the app.

  • Look for any notification banners saying transactions are waiting to be sent.

  • Let them process fully before closing the app.

4. Reinstall the App
  • Tap and hold the Manage360 app icon, then select Uninstall or tap the X.

  • Go to the App Store/Google Play, search for Manage360, and reinstall it.

5. Clear App Cache
  • Go to: Settings > Apps > Manage360 > Storage > Clear Cache
    (Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.)

6. Still Not Working? Send Diagnostics
  • Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the app.

  • Select Send Diagnostics to send important info to Support.
