Account Ratings

Account Ratings allow you to track the quality of your Accounts. This can be useful when determining which accounts should have a quick follow-up and if any have caused issues. They can be used on the Account List Report.

They are created and managed from the Settings area of Manage360.

The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
