Construction Estimate
Construction Division Estimates are estimates that deal with non‐recurring work. Building a wall is an example of non‐recurring work. The wall gets built; and the project is complete. It may take several trips to the site to complete the wall, but once construction is complete, the task is finished.
In Manage360, an Estimate is used to collect information about the cost and price of a prospective project. Manage360 allows you to create proposals, material lists, and work orders based on an estimate.
Once an Estimate is created, there will likely be many items that will need to be adjusted or actions that can be taken. This guide will review those.
