Crew: The name of the Crew. It must be unique.
Supervisor: A list of Manage360 users who have the ‘Supervisor’ security role can be selected.
Color: The color of the crew that will be displayed in the calendar.
Active: Is this an active Crew.
Divisions: The Divisions that this crew will do work for. Multiple Divisions can be selected. It uses the same functionality as the Employee field. The default Division will be selected from these. If there is only one, then it will be set as the default.
Employees: The members of the crew. Clicking in this field will bring up a dropdown list of possible members. Typing will filter the list. Select the employee to be added. The dropdown list may appear either above or below the Employee field.
For selected employees, clicking on their name will open the employee detail page. Clicking on the ‘x’ will remove the employee from crew membership. Only a member of the crew can be designated as the Foreman. If there is only one crew member, they will be the Foreman. The Foreman is indicated by the star icon. Contact information about the employees will also be listed.
Default Division: Which of the selected Divisions is the crew default. Can only be chosen from the selected Divisions.
Foreman: The foreman of the Crew. Only Employees that are part of the Crew can be chosen as the Foreman.
