Once the Employee Details have been entered, any Roles for the employee can then be added. The Roles are required for those employees who will log in to the Manage360 site.

To review the permissions of a specific role, click on the ❔ icon beside Role Details. This will open a new window that will show a brief description and the access permissions of any selected Role.

As roles are selected, the Features section will show the combined access permissions for the user. The Reports section will show the combined access to the Manage360 reports.

Special Roles

Construction Estimator: The user can be selected as the Estimator on Construction type Opportunities and Estimates.
Maintenance Estimator: The user can be selected as the Estimator on Maintenance type Opportunities and Estimates.
Construction Foreman, Maintenance Foreman: The user can log in to the mobile app to fill in Timesheets.
Construction Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor: The user can be selected as the Supervisor for a Crew or Employee.
Crew Member: This role does not have to be a User and does not grant any access at all. They can be added to Timesheets as needed (they are typically members of a Crew and work out in the field).
Designer: The user can be selected as the Designer for an Opportunity or Estimate.
Foreman Mobile: The user can log in to the Manage360 mobile app. They cannot log in to the Manage360 site.
Sales Person: The user can be selected as the Sales Person for an Account, Opportunity, or Estimate.

Once completed:

If you are done editing the employee, click Save & Close. Clicking Save will Save your changes and allow you to continue editing.
If you want to discard the edits, click Close.
