Once the proper parameters have been selected, run the report using the Preview button in the menu bar (the report will open in a new tab).

Date Range

Date Options: Use any relative date options: Last Year, This Year, Last Month, This Month, Last Week, This Week to have the Start and end dates auto-filled. Use the Custom option to choose any date range.

Start/End: Click on the date pickers to set custom start and end dates. Any Jobs that start or end (are active) between the dates will be included in the results.

Selection

Select Invoice:

All Invoices: The results will include all the invoices that fall within the date range selected (based on the invoice date).
Specific Invoice Number: The results will only include the particular invoice.

Sort By:

Invoice Number: The report will be sorted by the invoice number based on the 'Sort By Order' option.
Invoice Date: The report will be sorted by the invoice date based on the 'Sort By Order' option.
Account Name: The report will be sorted by the account name based on the 'Sort By Order' option.
Billing Account Name: The report will be sorted by the billing account name based on the 'Sort By Order' option.

Options

Show Company Address: Show or hide the company address on the invoice.

Show Company Logo: Show or hide the company logo on the invoice.

Show Estimator: Show or hide the estimator on the invoice. This will be added as a comment line.

Show Phone Number: Show or hide the company phone number on the invoice.

Show Sales Person: Show or hide the sales person on the invoice. This will be added as a comment line.

Show Tax Number: Show or hide the tax number on the invoice. This will be shown on the same line as the invoice tax (if applicable).

Multiple Selection

These options allow for one or more items to be selected. They filter the report to ensure that the desired information is surfaced. Selecting the ‘All’ option means all the items in that filter will be used. Individual selections can be made by clearing the ‘All’ option and choosing the specific ones as needed.

Clicking in the field will open a drop-down list that can be scrolled to find specific items. Letters can be typed to filter the list only to include matches, which can then be selected.

Divisions	Filter by the Division.
Invoice Status	Select which invoice statuses will be included in the results.
