Labor Rates

The Labor Rate is used to determine the hourly labor rate (per man hour). A crew average wage is entered and then Manage360 will add the appropriate Labor Burden, overhead recovery and profit margins to come up with the hourly rate. There should be Labor Rates for any different rates that are going to be charged to the customer - for example, there could be a rate for Hardscape Installation and a rate for Planting and a rate for Mowing. Alternately, there could be a single rate for Installation and a rate for Maintenance (if it is done).
