Labor Rates

The Labor Rate determines the hourly labor rate (per man hour). A crew average wage is entered, and then Manage360 will add the appropriate Labor Burden, overhead recovery, and profit margins to create the hourly rate. There should be Labor Rates for any different rates that will be charged to the customer - for example, there could be a rate for Hardscape Installation, a rate for Planting, and a rate for Mowing. Alternatively, there could be a single rate for Installation and a rate for Maintenance (if it is done).
