Error Screen:

If you encounter an error screen saying wrong email or password, and you are sure the email address and password you have entered are correct, it could be that the Employee Profile in Manage360 has not been set up correctly.

Solution:

Have someone from your company with Administrator rights log into Manage360. Then go to Settings > Employees, and make sure that the Employee Profile is set up correctly, specifically that the email address is correct, the Is User switch is turned on and that they have a role assigned that allows them to log into Manange360.
