Misc Items
Misc Items are a Costbook item that can include any item that does not fit into any of the other types (Material, Plant, Equipment, Labor, or Subcontractor). These can be used when capturing things like delivery fees, discounts, portable toilets, disposal fees, or traffic management fees.
No overhead recovery is done on these items. Typically only a Profit Margin is applied.
They are created and managed from the Costbook area of Manage360.
The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
