Outcome Reasons

Outcome Reasons allow you to track why opportunities are being won or lost. This can be useful when tying to see if there are any specific reasons why opportunities are not being won, and if some sort of action needs to be taken. These Outcome Reasons can be used on the Opportunity List, Sales Performance and Sales Pipeline reports.

There are 3 outcomes that are tracked within Manage360 - Won, Lost, Not Qualified. These outcomes cannot be changed. The reasons can be attached to a specific outcome so that only certain reasons will appear for each outcome.

The reasons are created and managed from the Settings area of Manage360.

The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
