Sales Phases

Sales Phase allow you to track where the opportunities are in your sales cycle. This can be useful when tying to see where each Opportunity currently sits, and how many Opportunities are in each Sales Phase. These Sales Phases can be used on the Opportunity List, Sales Performance and Sales Pipeline reports to help manage the sales process.

They are created and managed from the Settings area of Manage360.

The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
