Service Categories

Service Categories are used as a way to group specific Services. The categories can be used when searching for specific Services to add to an Estimate. These categories can also be used for reporting - to see how profitable specific Service Categories are (using the Maintenance Job Profitability report).

They are created and managed from the Settings area of Manage360.

The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
