Work Order Sub Statuses

Work Order Sub Statuses can help identify where the work order / visit is in the typical workflow.

Three main statuses are tracked within Manage360 - Open, Closed, and Cancelled.

The sub-statuses allow you to get more granular within each main statuses.

They are created and managed from the Settings area of Manage360.

The list can be sorted and filtered as desired.
