Workflow Task Sets

Create and manage task sets that can be used to create multiple tasks for Accounts, Opportunities, or Jobs.

Workflow Task Sets allow you to set up and configure repeatable sets of tasks for Accounts, Opportunities, and Jobs. These sets can be used to help with the management of your daily workflow.

New sets can be created as needed or they can be updated with any necessary changes. If a task set is no longer going to be used, it can be deleted. Each task set can contain any number of tasks that are typically done in certain situations and each task can be assigned to a specific role.

Each Task Set must be linked to either an Account, Opportunity, or Job.
