Clear the browser cache.

On MS Edge or Google Chrome you can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring you to the ‘Clear Browsing Data‘ page. On MS Edge select ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’. Once both of those options have been selected press the ‘Clear Now’ button at the bottom of the screen. On Google Chrome, under ‘Time range’ select ‘All Time’ as well as selecting ‘Cached images and files’, then click ‘Clear data’. The process of clearing the cache may take up to a few minutes before the procedure is complete.
