Accounts & Contacts

The Accounts page within Manage360 is where all of your customer data is stored. This includes everything from addresses to billing information. In this section we will be going over what each field does on the page.

To get to the Accounts page click on the Contacts button in the menu bar and then select Accounts from the drop down list.

There are other options in the list and will be reviewed quickly here:

  • Accounts are the main area where your customer information is stored.

  • Contacts are linked to accounts and suppliers and they can also be accessed separately by selecting the Contacts option from the drop down list. The contacts section is like a rolodex if you want to quickly look up an individual contact.

  • Suppliers stores information about the individual suppliers that you work with. This information will be used when generating a Purchase Order and they are also linked to specific items in your costbook for differentiating similar items purchased from different suppliers.

  • Opportunities associated with the account can be seen regardless of status. You can edit the sales phase/due date of opportunities.

  • Construction/Maintenance Estimates stores all estimates associated with this account, including old versions/revisions, as well as open, manually archived, lost, or won estimates.

  • Jobs will show all jobs associated with this account, whether they are maintenance jobs, construction jobs, or non-contract jobs.
