Bulk Renewals
There are two ways to renew a maintenance job. If you only need to renew a single job at a time, you can open that job and then select Actions > Renew Job. This functionality is covered as part of the Maintenance Job Management course.
When there are multiple Maintenance Contracts that need to be renewed, you may prefer to renew them in large batches instead of one by one. The bulk renewals tool can be used to find contracts that are due for renewal, and then renew them as a batch. This tool can be accessed by going to Production -> Renewals. The following slides will instruct you on how to use the bulk renewals tool.
