Company Information

This guide covers the fundamental settings needed to get your Manage360 site set up.

Before you can start estimating and job costing, supporting information like basic company info, overhead recovery markups, profit margins, and the costbook need to be entered.

For example, your company name and address are utilized on reports and proposals, overhead markups and profit margins are used in pricing. The costbook comprises of estimate line items such as plants, materials, labor rates, and equipment.

To navigate to the main settings page, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Settings.

Once you have navigated to the settings page under the My Company Settings heading the first option is Company Information. This is where we are going to start entering your basic company info.

Enter the name, address, and contact information of your company that you want to use in reports and proposals. Some of this information may already be entered based on the information provided during registration.
