Once the Timesheet has been created, it will default to the 'In Progress' status. Several main areas/features on the Timesheet will be described below.

Timesheet Status - Will show the current status (In Progress, Ready for Approval, Approved)

Icons/colors

Items with green icons are billable
- J = Jobs
- WO = Work Orders
- V = Visits.
Items with blue icons are non-billable.
- They can be configured in the Settings area.

Lunch - Lunch will be added automatically based on the Division settings.

Start / End - Likely start and end times (when the Timesheet is In Progress). This will be filled in by the crew when they are tracking their time. It is also used to sort the items on the Timesheet.

Search - Additional items can be added directly from the Timesheet in the Search Area.

Search by Job Number/Account name
Non-billable items can be added.

Home Icon - click to show full address details.

Crew membership on the Timesheet - the green plus button can be used to adjust the employees that are on the Timesheet. New members can be added, or members can be removed. Additionally, the Foreman of the crew can be adjusted. Any changes made will not affect the default crew membership, but only the specific timesheet.

Additionally, the Jobs on the Timesheet have a button available on the right side of the row that can be used to perform some actions.

Both of the 'Move' options should only be used for overnight Timesheets.
The 'Delete' option is useful if the Construction Job is not going to be done on the day. This will only remove the Job from the Timesheet. It can be added to any other Timesheet or subsequent Timesheets as desired.
The 'Reschedule' option is used for Visits and Work Orders to move them to a different day.
