Maintenance Estimating

Maintenance estimates are estimates that deal with recurring work. A lawn maintenance contract is an example of recurring work. Each week (or so), the same task is repeated over and over until the contract expires. Lawn Maintenance and Snow & Ice Services are examples of maintenance‐type divisions. In Manage360, Services are used to create this repeating work.
