Prior to doing any synchronization it is important to go through the initial mapping process. Go to the Mapping tab to start.

Auto-Map:

This is used if there are already existing Employees, Suppliers or Accounts in Manage360 that need to be mapped to their respective counterparts in QuickBooks
This mapping looks for an exact match between Manage360 and QuickBooks
Typically for new Manage360 installations, this is not required.

Divisions:

Tax:

All Manage360 taxes that are in use as 'Sales Taxes' in Manage360 must be mapped
Since this is the initial mapping and those taxes are not it use, there will not be any mapping required yet
Once any invoices with Sales Tax are ready to be synced, this mapping needs to be done
When mapping, only taxes of the same rate can be mapped (i.e. a 5% tax in Manage360 cannot be mapped to an 8% tax in QuickBooks).
If Sales Tax is not being charged, then this is not required.

Accounts, Employees, and Suppliers:

All of these work in a similar way
- Left side - QuickBooks information
- Right side - Manage360 information.
On the left it is possible to filter the list between Mapped / Unmapped information
- Mapped - will show the mapped Manage360 customers
- Unmapped - will show the potential ones to map.
Can either click.
- 'Add as New' and the selected item will be pushed to Manage360 or
- Map (on Manage360 side) which will link the items together.

QuickBooks Connection
